Nina Ward
Nina’s life was forever changed when she gave her life to Jesus Christ in 1984 at a youth Rally at Lakeview Assembly church, lead by her then youth leader Beth Borden(now Beth Lambdin). She met her husband Robert of 27 years through that ministry, and they have 4 beautiful children. Growing up bi-racial, in a single parent home had its challenges for Nina, but God has used it in her life in great ways. She has always had compassion for “the least of these, the poor, and the broken-hearted. In 2008 she gave birth to her fourth child who had down syndrome which increased her compassion even more. These things led Nina to beginning a ministry to meet the needs of the homeless and hurting called AOK (Acts of Kindness) in which she and her army of volunteers have met the needs of countless people in her community. She believes passionately in the mission of Inspire Ministries.
